反馈两个优化建议： 1、建立索引时滤掉markdown符号，如###、>>、~~、**等，这样搜索结果页显示更简洁些。 2、显示搜索结果时，同一文档下的不同md文件建议按名称顺序排列，现在好像是随机的。

我看官网上能够按照侧边栏列表顺序，自动关联上一篇下一篇文章，但我使用默认设置生成网页后，页面中没有这两个按钮，是因为哪里设置不对吗？
目前搜索结果都是集中以文本方式显示，不方便阅读和点击，建议命中结果以列表方式逐条显示。同时，点击某条命中结果虽可跳转至页面相应位置，但页面内无法快速切换到下一条命中结果，建议增加跳转至“下一个”高亮关键词的按钮。 移动状态下，希望支持自定义截取命中关键词前后上下文字数。 桌面状态下，希望支持在单独的侧边栏中展示搜索结果列表。 需求和建议有点多，实在不好意思哈  
默认状态下文件夹里的README.md和config.json是自动关联的，我将README.md改名为A1.md后，运行teedoc serve时报错，提示A1.md not have config file!不知应该如何配置
最早安装的版本运行就会报错，md文档用vscode和notepad++重新转utf-8后依然如此，百度后添加 errors=ignore可正常运行，粗略检查没发现有乱码和缺字，上一个版本更新后好像就正常了，但今天更新后又报相同错误，依然是添加 errors=ignore解决，不知什么原因。
