Has there been progress with this being implemented so other plugins can reference for control?

Edit - found I needed to create the file here: ~/.octoprint/plugins and after an OctoPrint restart I see it in the Plugin Manager in Octoprint. Power off control works again...

Great this is on your radar... miss hitting ctrl+t and being able to just type a query. :)

Any update or progress on this? I want to print a sign with transparency and this bleed through to lower layers is messing up the colors.

Bump - I am really missing this feature in the slicer.

This method can help in the mean time. It exploits a Windows feature for mouse use. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cUUqdCF1_o

Another vote to go back... I'm sure this made sense to someone but not liking it. At least give us a check box to use the 'classic' menu bar.
