A reasonable [Content-Security-Policy](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Content-Security-Policy/script-src) sets 'script-src' to 'self', which blocks inline JavaScript. This module currently uses inline JavaScript for the refresh feature.

This attempts to make the module compatible with secure Content-Security-Policy. Closes #198

Drupal introduced semantic versioning today https://groups.drupal.org/node/434068 The current master checks only the 8.0.x branch. We'll need to combine the commit logs across 8.x.x branches.
