Wingpanel-indicator-power does not work when kernel 4.18 is installed in eOS Juno (18.04). Are you experiencing the same on Fedora 29? https://github.com/elementary/wingpanel/issues/175

This is a request Make each webapp independent from Webpin. If webpin is uninstalled, then none of the webapps work anymore.
