This behavior is being caused by not merging the PR's to master, as you can check [PR 651](https://github.com/doitandbedone/ispyagentdvr-docker/pull/651) has not being merged to master so the [GHA](https://github.com/doitandbedone/ispyagentdvr-docker/blob/master/.github/workflows/dockerhub-publisher.yaml#L59) never get executed...

Currently I'm using specific updates, I'm just trying to improve your excellent work, IMHO having latest + step is the best option.
