デスクトップの番号をタスクトレイに表示するの時の常駐アイコンがライトテーマだと見づらい

`デスクトップの番号をタスクトレイに表示する` を ON にした際、 ライトテーマだと  の様に表示されて可読性がゼロになります。 ちなみにダークテーマのときは次の様な感じです。 

dotnet core 3.0 に移行した場合はこうなります。 #5

先日 dotnet core 3.0 がリリースされたため、dotnet core 3.0のサポートする予定はありますでしょうか？
