Although this indeed looks like a bug, we need to know the full way of replicating this issue from a bare 11.2 since it could be related to your configuration...

Investigated the issue and it seems that during the upsert the primary keys aren't being used because they aren't insertable fields which results in no conflict and a new record...

The commit doesn't seem to be addressing the issue I'm reporting which is with the DAL itself (see the script in the description)

This could be addressed by having the Makefile be closer to the packaging, mainly by having the packaging call the Makefile Maybe an item for @nqb
