The issues is that the viewport width was set to 0 (undefined in Javascript). See https://github.com/juliensobrier/trifleJS/commit/df345c550e1434ef71f90ee27b0f0f9c3517f021 for some additonal checks
This was caused by Noesis.Javascript and Newtonsoft.Json
I'm not very familiar with .Net, but is there a way to get npm to pull the dependencies automatically? This is how I got the right version for the 2...
BTW, the comment for "public void Render(string filename, double ratio, Rectangle clipRect)" is incorrect: top and left are used too
