This will add 4KB to Velocity when minified, but will allow Velocity to read an element's initial transform values without forcing the user to resort to workarounds like using `Velocity.hook()`...

Hey Pete, I have the latest version of XAMPP installed (PHP 5.3.5 w/ CURL 7.20.). Neither your test script nor any of my own scripts that use your class work....
