MacBook Pro 2016 13" Base, brightness slider is just greyed out

When a new hour block is created and a push notification is scheduled, it's only scheduled on that device. Using CloudKit manually, could we achieve iCloud sync for notifications?

Sometimes push notifications will fire for blocks that had been scheduled in the past (one user noticed this occurred on the same day of a previous month)
