Hello @baptisteArno, as soon as you define the technology/method you are going to use to do the translation, I can start translating into Portuguese (pt-BR)

I think something like this would be great and to appear in the widget something like we see in whatsapp  

This would be good both to use in whatsapp and to use in widget

The problem is that socket.io imports its own engine.io so there is no point in installing it manually.
