To enable yolov4-tiny, only [yolo_to_onnx.py](https://github.com/CaoWGG/TensorRT-YOLOv4/blob/master/tools/yolo_to_onnx.py) needs to be patched as the existing script lacks the '[groups](https://github.com/AlexeyAB/darknet/blob/master/cfg/yolov4-tiny.cfg#L51)' support.
