When i install it on localhost which is XAMPP the admin panel is working, but when i try it on another host it's not work. I don't know why.

You need to enable intl in php.ini.Then restart if you are on localhost.

And use PHP 5.4.

I'm stucked there too :)

Can you enter the admin panel ? Because i can't.
