Running workers on machines in different timezones confuses proletarian because it stores `process_at` in the db as a local timestamp w/o timezone. Perhaps it would be better if the timestamps...

Fixes that a malformed request is generated if there are backslashes in the query / mutation.

I think you should bring back the warning about `org.babashka/spec.alpha`. I've just spent about an hour banging my head against "Invalid assignment target" (or something like that) exception in CloudWatch...
