Throwing out my support/need for scenario level parallel execution. This is quickly becoming a problem for us from an execution time perspective.
Any chance this will make it in the upcoming SpecFlow v4 release? Still have a very large need for this on our end.

Same issues here. Serilog shows under the Custom log formats area so it was supported at some point. I've tried using the custom formats, but no luck either.
Kittyfisto - Thanks so much for the response - this is working great for me now! I ended up using the following Serilog format: {Timestamp:yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.fff} [{Level:u3}] {Message}
@gasparnagy I also have the same issue after upgrading to v17.5.0; this is a big issue for us.
NUnit here as well - I've commented/voted on the VS issue for good measure.
Would love an update on this one - we're seeing this issue too! Rename has been flaky on whether it'll work or not.
