Cannot run example data Error in transformRef == "meanshape" || is.matrix(transformRef) : 'length = 36' in coercion to 'logical(1)' In addition: There were 12 warnings (use warnings() to see them)

I think this is an issue with new updates to R (version 4.3). See here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72848442/r-warning-lengthx-2-1-in-coercion-to-logical1 I am running R version 4.1.3 and don't get this error. It shows up...
