Have you tried installing the requirements.txt file? `pip install -r requirements.txt` If you don't want to have those dependencies installed globally, you could use a virtualenv.

feat: add basePath as config option

Hey @aralroca , would you mind taking a look at this PR? This is something that's a blocker for upgrading dependencies which bring very nice additions :)
