A common and extremely useful navigation is to back out of the current folding level. In the similar `outline-mode`, this is `outline-up-heading`. I would love to see this in origami.

It looks like the `inspect` command doesn't output any foreign keys at all. That would be very useful for visualizing relationships between tables. Maybe a JSON key at the table...
