Handle different parameter types differently (?)

Currently, there is some confusion on how parameters are used (path/query/header). The discovery method needs to take these differences into consideration.

Move XML schema generation to raml-to-pojo

Having type generation living on both sides is problematic.

Write a better class renaming extension

The raml-to-jaxrs can't rename its classes and methods simply. There should be a simple plugin that allows bot of the things to be done.

Adjust the way schema shapes are seen as inline

They seem to be over evaluated as inline.

Rename classes that refer to json model

They are handled as NodeShapes now

Change the plugin structure to something similar as the one in raml-java-tools (if needed)

If the new plugin structure works, do it similarly here.

See if we could simplify the 0.8 / 1.0 layer by delegating to the parser.

The 0.8 / 1.0 abstraction layer is really complicated and should be simplified as the parser might help in that aspect.

Check to see how XML is handled in the amf parser

AMF delegates XML responsibility to plugins.

Rewrite resource finding loops

We currently have loops for resource structure that changes in the AMF parser.

From the API, is there a way to get to the FacetNode information ? I can get to the facet declaration, but I can't seem to be able to reach...
