The LRU cache size has already been increased from 100 to 1000 in v9 of the RabbitMQ transport. We have just released [v8.0.6](https://discuss.particular.net/t/nservicebus-rabbitmq-8-0-6-patch-release-available/4212) that has had the same adjustment made....
