[Android] onMomentumBegin/ -End not being called in Animated.ScrollView

I experience a similar issue on iOS with version 2.5.0. onEndDrag / onMomentumEnd are called on the simulator, but they do not get called when the app is deployed to...

Screens not visible when using Material Top Tab Navigator inside of FlatList.

The issue still exists after upgrading to the latest versions of the mentioned packages.

[iOS] ImageResizer / Message: Image uri invalid

I also cannot get this to work with uri values prefixed with `ph://`. I am using `@react-native-camera-roll/camera-roll` to select images and that package provides the image uri prefixed with `ph://`....
