Terraform kafka provider does not support AWS_MSK_IAM for sasl_mechanism

@taliv-upstream According to the AWS docs [here](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/msk/latest/developerguide/msk-update-security.html) that isn't possible, IAM/SASL requires TLS for client-broker and encrypted broker-broker communication.

Seeing an issue with Spark-Redis not calling shutdown hook after the job completes.

I'm running into the same problem, the issue is with spark-submit, not running from the IDE. Spark version is 2.4.3 (with Scala), spark-redis version 2.4.0.

@TFiroozian There's been a PR https://github.com/Mongey/terraform-provider-kafka/pull/242 open for a while, but it looks like it could use some love.

Please provide a new standard:8.0 image based on Ubuntu 24.04 (noble)

Including a more recent version of `docker` would be valuable, the one included in the open PR is still 4 major version behind. New features like being able to mount...
