More info, With Microsoft.AspNetCore.Razor.VSCode.BlazorWasmDebuggingExtension v1.1.0 and v1.0.1 the same error happens. But, with Microsoft.AspNetCore.Razor.VSCode.BlazorWasmDebuggingExtension v1.0.0 apparently it launches the browser fine, and the debug proxy connects. I only comment this...
