Gateway does not become ready using helm install and quickstart

I'm also having this issue on Talos Linux 1.10.4. I've tried both the Envoy Helm chart and applying the [Kubernetes manifest](https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/docs/install/install-yaml/) directly.

@kinghrothgar I got this working. I set `kubernetesClusterDomain` to the value of my Talos `cluster.network.dnsDomain`.
