@nasacrawford I know CCO for data is expected, but is there a guideline per SMD for preferred open source software license?
Is there any status here as to when/if this new requirement will be implemented?

@al-niessner let's do 3 retries. I agree this may not fix the issue, but there is a chance considering the issue was encountered running it in parallel, versus our tests...
