Improve Yarn berry support

The solution mentioned above https://github.com/netlify/build-image/issues/612#issuecomment-925772672 doesn't seem to work anymore with Yarn v3 (#615). Is there an updated fix?

Add support for `--no-container` to run windows/macos

Still care +1. This may also solve certain scenarios as in #119 and #107 without having to download a 20GB image.

Better support for Serverless Framework

Lodash is now discouraging the use of per method packages ([reference](https://lodash.com/per-method-packages)). With webpack5 wondering if this issue is still present? @dbryantm

Nextjs with jest example will not work if there is an esm dependency in node_modules

Also encountering this issue. Wondering if next jest config could take into account `type: "module"` of the `node_modules` dependencies and auto add them into `transformIgorePatterns`?
