Just chiming in here, I had a similiar issue, and resolved it using `experimentalAutoDetectLongPolling: true` instead of `experimentalForceLongPolling: true` after reading [this issue](https://github.com/firebase/firebase-js-sdk/issues/1674#issuecomment-716827564).
