[ECS] [request]: Support Sidecar Containers on AWS Batch Task

In addition to this feature request, do you all plan to support [AWS Firelens](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2019/11/aws-launches-firelens-log-router-for-amazon-ecs-and-aws-fargate/) with AWS Batch? There does not appear to be any [documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/batch/latest/userguide/using_awslogs.html) about it.

resource crdbclusters/cockroachdb is missing the kubectl.kubernetes.io/last-applied-configuration annotation which is required by kubectl apply

@tbg , it appears this is likely related to minikube. We're not supporting that right now.

unable to start new cluster with existing persistent volumes

I thought this behavior was expected. I think this person on Community CockroachDB slack may be experiencing this issue as well ([Slack conversation](https://cockroachdb.slack.com/archives/C01H20CU0A2/p1620750703005800)). @keith-mcclellan , can you verify?

generate YAML for supported CRDB versions on OpenShift
