Pylance, the most commonly used Python language server for VS Code, currently displays errors when attempting to access any objects imported in the top level `___init___.py` of the edgedb module....

[The docs](https://www.edgedb.com/docs/clients/go/api#type-retryoptions) mention a default constructor for RetryOptions Looks like #205 was never merged

Since the initial implementation of the journald subpackage, go-systemd [has added support](https://github.com/coreos/go-systemd/commit/da560eaf4d2e74df33e0138791f3c76f8ef60bf3) for building on windows. The `!windows` build constraints can be removed from `journal.go`
