Didn't have enough time to work on this properly this evening, dropped some bug details here instead.

CPU cycles now returns a 64-bit value, tested working locally.
My bad, I'm slacking. I started on a branch that begins refactoring SIO for multitap, but I've let it grow cobwebs. It's definitely on my agenda, save for the project...
