[BUG] Mobile Uploads Don't Work when in a Portal

fbjs dependency still present in lock file

Bump on this - `ua-parser-js` has a [critical vulnerability](https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-pjwm-rvh2-c87w), it would be great to not have to worry about that coming in.

[rush] Expose project graph.

I'll just throw out here that `nx`/`lerna` offer a `nx graph` [command](https://nx.dev/features/explore-graph) to view the dependency graph. It would be incredibly powerful to have an equivalent for rush
