Have you soldered the appropriate jumpers on the back of the board? The normal configuration should look something like the attached image. Otherwise, you can probe the raw DAC's output...
Updated the DAC address in the firmware
It seems this is an issue with STM32CubeIDE failing to link the EEPROM files. I'm not sure about a fix, but I've attached a pre-built .elf file containing the firmware...
This should now be fixed in the current version.
