The stochastic simulation algorithms should all accept a seed for the random number generator to ensure reproducibility.

order of inputs/outputs of heterogeneous pairwise

outputs cannot be given directly as inputs because order changes. (Francesco ran into this)

timing of infections for initial_infecteds in simulation_investigation objects

They currently get infected one unit of time early. This means that the times returned by sim.t() start at tmin-1, rather than tmin.
