@soleilos most likely you need to update your OpenOCD version. It looks like your version is too old to support the stm32f7 CPUs.

The standard has been made available for free at http://standards.ieee.org/about/get/802/802.15.html in case anyone is interested in taking on this task.

For the set/clear/toggle it seems like most MCUs have special registers for only setting or clearing GPIOs (as opposed to "writing" a value to the pins) to work around this...
