NewHostDelay is deprecated and doesn't work. NewGroupDelay should be used.

Thanks @CharlyF! Just as reference, the [Terraform Provider](https://github.com/DataDog/terraform-provider-datadog/issues/1183) had a similar problem now fixed, in case that helps.
