fix "Cannot read property includeInto of undefined" error

Using branch in my atom and I can't open any CSV files at all once the package is installed. No error messages, it just shows the empty pane. Atom 1.28.2...

Weird error in synced environment

I'm not using any kind of synced environment; just using NPM and having the same problem.

Multi-keystroke patterns can't be created solely out of modifier keys. (like 'shift shift')

+1 I have to context switch between IntelliJ and atom for work and I would love to add 'shift shift' into Atom.

Mark the end of a do block

I abstracted the logic for this into a standalone package I am using.. I can open a PR for it on this project

KeyboardAwareScrollView crashes

Any idea why the KeyboardAwareScrollView is commented out and/or if https://github.com/MichaelCereda/react-native-form-generator/pull/87 will be merged soon?
