Windows woes..

I had JSHint up and running for sometime now in ST2. When all of the sudden today it stopped working and reports: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file...

Stderr: VBoxManage: error: VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX)

Can this not be installed on an AWS Ubuntu instance?  have tried passing --cpu-cores 1 .. and even hardcoding in the Vagrantfile....
