i see this when i am using the latest wdio version, but not when i use an older version, such as: ``` "@wdio/cli": "^8.26.1", "@wdio/globals": "^8.31.0", "@wdio/json-reporter": "^9.2.14", "@wdio/local-runner": "^8.26.1",...

Strangely 1.98 was just released and this bug doesn't appear, however it is still a problem with the insiders version (currently 1.99)
