AWS Bedrock - Anthropic Sonnet 3.7 - Reasoning support

Setup is AWS Bedrock Sonnet 3.7 via LiteLLM proxy (1.61.19) via Open WebUI (v0.5.17). Would like to be able to toggle reasoning/thinking capabilities similar to how websearch requests are enabled.
