For information, I came up with a pretty straightforward workaround here: [fc84371](https://github.com/jlacoline/libnetwork/commit/fc843712ed59f9d125617ac1f4d6a14b58582a97) It simply consists in removing checks on `handle.Unselected() == 0`. The `ErrNoAvailableIPs` will eventually be raised by `handle.set(...)`...
