set-java-home.zsh is painfully slow; can we make it only run on startup and when the user changes their directory?

My bad. It's not 3 seconds. `asdf which java` takes about 0.5 seconds on my machine.

Please update the the releases CHANGELOG to say remoteUri -> endpointUri
