[Feature] App should minimize to tray

#### Motivation I want the application to not take up space on the taskbar. #### Detailed design The app should minimize to the tray/taskbar overflow: https://i.imgur.com/O4TKcjh.png

Flickers off and on intermittently (nvidia v552.22 drivers)

The settings are coming off and on every 5 seconds or so (on for 4, off for a quick instant, back on for 4..)

add Arena?

Possible to pick up arena as an app that activates tarkov tools?
