`ml-pipeline/metadata-writer` also makes stale token. kubernets sdk version is still [10.1.0]( https://github.com/kubeflow/pipelines/blob/8829400a67c8d4be500d9d269af18ab7ebb3d2cf/backend/metadata_writer/requirements.txt#L15). It should be >= [v12.0.0](https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/blob/master/keps/sig-auth/1205-bound-service-account-tokens/README.md#prerequisites).

I have installed kubeflow on EKS and upgraded Kubernetes to v1.21. AWS extended the token expiry period to 90 days. And 90 days after I upgraded Kubernetes, the central dashboard...

I installed ADOT and it worked. I spent quite a lot time to find a way to filter by namespace which the method was not introduced in the AWS blog....
