UWP Payload file does not exists

I have also same problem error APPX0702: Payload file 'C:\Users\...\.nuget\packages\segmentedcontrol.formsplugin\2.0.1\lib\UAP10\SegmentedControl.FormsPlugin.UWP\SegmentedControl.FormsPlugin.UWP.xr.xml' does not exist.
