About the Fast Fourier Transform, i think it is (w64)^2 = w32, however, the pdf make it (w32)^2 = w64
This PR deprecates the support for reading version 0 files (exported via `legacy_export`) in `run.c`. The `run.c` file has been modified to work with version 1 files instead.
