[Feature Request] Webm files for frames.

Not sure if it's possible but I would love to use animated frames with Tokenizer. Webp works for avatars, webm works for tokens.

### User Experience As the title says, when you edit either the other changes, maybe with a link checkbox if for some reason you want different names.
