@Sohan-Opstree @kvendingoldo looks like this was resolved in [release 2.0.0](https://github.com/tofuutils/pre-commit-opentofu/releases/tag/v2.0.0), and I can confirm we've been using the `tofu` binary successfully. Suggesting this issue be closed out
