Custom redirect path for non logged-in users?

Is it possible to set a custom redirect path (instead of /sessions/new) for non logged in users? I haven't been able to track that down in the config anywhere.

This takes the inline strings out and adds them to a locale config so that they can be customized from outside the engine. Resolves #9
