This sounds like the salesforce session expired and the app is having trouble refreshing it. This is tricky in SFiPad because the app uses both the SOAP and REST APIs,...

@abhinavguptas I left SFDC in November, so I really don't know. Perhaps Chatter 4.0 and/or Touch are meant to fill that role now?

One ForcePad alternative is [Tquila Anywhere](https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tquila-anywhere/id572493200?mt=8), an app by @wesnolte et. al. that's built with a good amount of ForcePad source code.
