Seems the problem comes from firmware version V62093, downgraded to V62092 using [this firmware](http://124.71.130.238/RMBL4-62092-8720-BL-FC-3389.upd.bin) and now everything is working. See https://www.reddit.com/r/homebridge/comments/1181ex4/caution_to_people_using_broadlink_rm_plugin/

In my case only happens when using localstack, works perfect while using the real SQS service.
